now that all this citizenship nonsense has been put to rest now all the excuses roll out how others have had their citizenship questioned GTFOH....and those that did have their citizenship questioned it was by opposition forces
The thing is you knew he was AMERICAN....the same idiots who claim they know the constitution after given the facts still could not comprehend..
Im rather surprised MCCAIN citizenship status was not a go since he was born outside of the US in an occupied territory the US held.. but then again we know how that goes with the AMERICAN PUBLIC and yes the obama birth factor was based on his race, and so called religion and where he grew up
Let me get this straight. People you don't know and have never met question some things about Obama and you KNOW why they did it.
What makes you so smart that you KNOW why what others think and why they do things?
Do you happen to know what the lottery number is that is going to be pulled next week. I'd like to play it?
Obama NOT first President to have Citizenship questioned
He won't be the last either, we still haven't had a Mexican president, just wait until that one happens. Oh brother, the documents that poor guy will have to have. ha ha ha
and why do you think this? All it takes is showing the official birth certificate with a raised seal or stamp depending and that would be the end of it. I don't think anyone would ever doubt the legitamacy of someone of Mexican decent running for Pres unless there was a reason. I never really doubted Obama's, but I think the way he handled himself created most of the problems and concerns.
I understand that McCain's eligibility (being born in Panama) was indeed questioned. In fact, upon looking at it, McCain's did actually have reason to be questioned. Always thought this birther nonsense was precisely that...nonsense. From a purely historical point, yes, it is true that Obama was not the first President that faced origin of birth questions.
It was and guess by whom? Not the right wingers, but that is different.
The problem is that obama is no real American. The fact that he was born in the U.S. doesn't help him with being so unAmerican as he is.
Actually birthers are unAmercican, unpatriotic and divisive. No president can please all of the people and if you don't like it, don't vote for him. You have that right but resorting to nonsense, childish insults, lies and spins does not help the country. Pitting one side against another and attacking anyone who thinks differently than you do and talking about them as if they are the scum of the Earth doesn't help this country either.
Everything is not simply black or white, right or wrong. There are many shades of gray and talking a holier than thou stand and acting as if "progressives" are doers of all evil is childish. So what if other presidents have had their citizenship questioned? That still doesn't justify the birther nonsense today, especially when the POTUS made his birth certificate public a long time ago. Birthers are nothing but whiney cry baby, sore losers...he won fair and square and is eligible for the job. Don't like it, take your anger out on the campaign trail and at the polls.
This is the funniest thing ever. The progressives are so in love with Obama that they can't even lie well, much like Obama himself. They have continually told everyone how Obama was the only President to have his citizenship questioned and it was only because he was black, making everyone who had any question at all a racist in their eyes. Oh well, this fact proves them wrong once again. How devestating it must be to realize how wrong you have always been about the person you elected to be your leader.
Fox news had this story weeks ago but the lame media doesn't want to hear it and if Fox news is telling it they act like it isn't true...they rather play the race card!

So, when we have another republican President in 2012 you will not join in any bashing on him/her?
Somehow, our Irish immigrants decided to stop whining and start working.
