I'm sure we all knew this, but here is an interesting article.
First of all, there can now be no doubt that approximately 200,000 years ago the human race had its origins in Africa. The true "Adam and Eve" were Black. This fact has been widely accepted in the scientific community for some time. But thanks to the Tishkoff team we can now pinpoint the place of origin to Southern Africa - near the current-day South African-Namibian border. From there ancient Africans migrated northeast until they reached roughly what is current-day Ethiopia.
So what's your point? DO we all now qualify as African Americans and qualify for affirmative action policies? Nothing wrong with looking back to see where you're from as long as you don't loose sight of where you're going and what you're doing with your life right now.
True but very late. This has been comfirmed for years. Sad part is, after acknowledging this fact, people still read and believe in magical holy books.

It's only "sad" that people believe in their "holy books" when they believe those books tell them to kill other people.

That's extremely sad but it remains sad to think that despite knowing the facts of human origin people will STILL believe that we were magically made from dust somewhere in the middle east.
