I stand by Israel in this case over our President. Also, those thinking of running in 2012 can take some hints and lessons from Netanyahu. No bs and dont take any crap. Call someone out, in this case Obama, when they are wrong. He did it with out shouting, without name calling. Just laying out the facts and standing strong for his beliefs and his responsibilities to his people.
Too many of our progs just don't see that going back to 1967 boundaries would be the end of Israel. They have borders now that they can defend but wouldn't have if Israel gave in to Obama.

Crisis Erupts Between German Chancellor and PM Netanyahu

German Chancellor Angela Merkel, left, with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, during a joint cabinet meeting in Jerusalem, Monday, Jan. 31, 2011.

Quote:
The conversation between the two leaders was extremely tense and included mutual accusations and harsh statements, the official said.
Netanyahu told Merkel he was disappointed by Germany’s vote and by Merkel’s refusal to accept Israel’s requests before the vote, the source added. Merkel was furious.
“How dare you,” she said, according to the official. “You are the one who disappointed us. You haven’t made a single step to advance peace.”

I guess Obama was just trying to pay Hamas back for endorsing him in '08.

That is exactly the problem. People don't understand the border issue and many people, like myself, don't understand how the US can support a terrorist organization like Hamas. I feel like Alice in Wonderland these days.

It is not polite to be rude to your close friend in his living room especially when the press is recording the whole conversation.
Obama's an idiot without an ounce of experience or diplomacy who not just insulted Israel but spoke to undermine long-standing American support. He needs to go!

Yeah. And the Germans have been such sweethearts to the Jews. No gratitude, huh?
