What exactly are you arguing?
You said the door's were open? I asked why it went to court...if the door were open?

Right.

I know what I posted. Obviously you don't, because your rebuttals are not en pointe.
I misread your original posting, I stand corrected, but your mommy should really have also taught you not to violate TOS in your responses.. Enjoy

Deterrents do work. You must use illegal help, or there would not be a problem.

The ruling by the court clearly demonstrates that the door was open.

I didn't violate TOS in my response. The joy of being elliptical.

Since you're unaware, filibuster is a process for the minority to use and stop the majority from a "takeover". And republicans (and democrats alike) have done so plenty of times. Let me at least give you a few counts:
106th Congress (1999-2000): 58 times (most with democrats as a minority)
110th Congress (2007-2008): 112 times
111th Congress (2009-2010, 2 months): 40 times

Considering the obligation I now have to provide you with at least one example of filibuster, to help you stop running in a circles:
Republicans Filibuster 9/11 First Responders Bill

Just an example of how just being the majority doesn't guarantee success.

I know darn well what a fiibuster is, but that doesnt backup your claims. What one of these would have fixed illegal immigration issues?

I also note the dates, not one of them coordinate with the timeline in question, where Democrats held all 3 branches of government..

Try again.
