Then why did it go to court? Why did obama fight it and take arazonia to court.
The WH believes the Constitution is correct in requiring Immigration rules and Laws are the duty of the Federal Govt. Obama has repeated asked Congress to resolve the Immigration and Border issues. Congress is the ONLY entity that can do that. It is the political posturing that is inhibiting the process. In the past, it was the Dems that did not want a Repub Admin to be credited for resolving it, currently it is the Repubs that don't want a Dem Admin to be credited for resolving it. That is where we are and where we have been for decades.
Thats not at all what you wrote, and you are still wrong. The Supreme Court ruled in 2000, (Bush vs Gore), that there is no right to vote in america
The individual citizen has no federal constitutional right to vote for electors for the President of the United States unless and until the state legislature chooses a statewide election as the means to implement its power to appoint members of the Electoral College. U.S. Const., Art. II, §1.
The fifteenth amendment (onward). What you're arguing here is "electoral college". In any case, nothing to do with the topic at hand.
i'm not trying to provoke anything, I simply quoted the Supreme Courts ruling that says you are wrong. Last I checked, the Suprme Court was the final say so on laws, not an anonymous web poster.

The Constitution doesnt even mention immigration.. It does mention naturalization, but illegal immigrats are not naturalized.

Congress did that in 1986.
Congress is telling the King, to enforce the laws on the books and you will see our problem disappear completely.
