It does, free beer and weed. That way WIC won't get out of control because of munchies, they'll have stomach cancer from the alcoholism.

They won't be as hungry so cigarettes, direct TV, cell phones, internet and gambling are all subsidized now.

It's the American way to pay for your neighbors habits.

Because empty stomachs to these folks are very cruel. To fix this they'll pay for their amenities to no ends. Then these folks trade their WIC money for the rest of the freebies the progressives haven't passed yet.
