That's a terrible thing to say but seeing as how these guys won't be charged with a hate crime like woud happen if the situation were reversed I can't say I'd be disapointed seeing that happen.

The US is about 12% black, but roughly 20% of people prosecuted with hate crime enhancements are black.

When was the last "white" spokesman that you heard going before the public and denouncing any actions of white people doing bad things simply because the people were white???..
When did the last "white" spokesman exist? You don't see any white people come out and defend white criminals on the basis of race.
Funny that you left out the percentage of each charged with any crimes so we could draw up a ratio of crimes to hate crimes. Population won't cut it.

The poster was responding to an assertion that NO black people are charged with a hate crime.
The poster proved that to be patently untrue and posted the information.
Now you what to pipe in with how many "crimes they commit"...
What has that got to do with the fact that they are charged with the crime someone says they never get charged with???
Because if they get charged with more crimes those charges can still have a lower percentage of hate crime charges among them. It's very simple.
Population is useless. The only valid statistic you could present was that X percent of black people charged with crimes are charged with hate crimes, and X percent of white people charged with crimes are charged with hate crimes. I'm not even saying you're necessarily wrong, but your original numbers don't present a valid conclusion.
