Looks like the majority of Americans are finally getting fed up with Obama... If blacks don't show up in huge numbers at the polls in 2012, who overwhelmingly voted at near 100% for Obama in 2008, it looks like this country will get a much needed change in the White House.
No where in your linked article mentions black turnout being instrumental in defeating or electing Obama.

Black people did not put Obama into the White House by ourselves and our turnout rates were comparable to whites.

Now read their analysis.

"The current five-percentage-point edge for the generic Republican is not a statistically significant lead, and neither side has held a meaningful lead at any point thus far in 2011."

"Regardless of whom Republicans nominate, if national conditions improve, as was the case from 1983 to 1984 and 1995 to 1996, Obama could win re-election easily. If they do not, as occurred between 1979 and 1980, or get worse, as happened from 1991 to 1992, he could be vulnerable to defeat by whomever the Republicans nominate."

Recent scrambling by the president’s political advisers indicates they’re very worried about his reelection chances.

Maybe the real idiots will be too busy to vote because they're dealing drugs in the projects, having babies out of wedlock, and stealing from stores with their flash mob buddies.
