The credibility of the witnesses is determined BY THE JURY. That is their job. There should have been a jury charge regarding that issue.

The only people who get paid to testify are experts.

It's really not up to the defense to get people to believe their case.

It's up to the prosecution to not mangle the case and try to play "connect the dots" with stuff that really didn't "connect the dots".

Thank goodness for sequestered juries! I think this verdict demonstrated that the system worked well.

Wow...just wow!

If we were to follow your line of reasoning, why bother to bring justice to any murder victim since they're dead anyway.

I cannot even begin to understand your second statement...

What??? The" little girl" was found dead and decomposed and it might have been at the hands of her mother who is now free as a bird. Whose name should the public be using to vent their anger...Dora The Explorer???
