Now, that is an actual real argument. I'd be curious to see the legal documentation regarding that. If the business signed an agreement agreeing that they don't have the right to refuse service, you might have a legit argument.
That business license they have posted on the premises somewhere, that's their agreement with the state to abide by the laws of the state when providing public accommodations to the general public.

And the Supreme Court would have struck every one of them down, just as they did in 2003.
now they wouldn't have because the liberal justices never would have been appointed to the bench.

There 100 % legal according to any rational interpretation of the constitution the problem is people like Ruth Bader Ginzburg aren't rational.

Well, the Supreme Court has the final word. You can fantasize about a world where your opinion matters more than theirs, but it'll just be a fantasy for you.

The inn's owners have explicitly stated that aren't opposed to homosexuality. They say that they rent rooms to homosexuals, and even have homosexual employees.

if we change 1 more seat to the rational side of the court that decision will be overturned so my fantasy may be law soon.

Not to mention the fact that with the lefts "foreign policy expertise" we may have those law back again soon with a death penalty.

That will never happen because churches have always had the right to refuse to marry anyone - it usually happens if the couple doesn't both share the doctrine of the particular church. Like the Catholic church refusing to marry my cousin and her second husband because she had divorced the first.

And that makes no sense whatsoever. How can something that is specifically listed in the Constitution be unconstitutional?

Could they do the same to members of a certain race, or religion? Is sexual orientation protected in VT?

Sounds like we'll have a new lesbian-owned inn in Vermont

The point of anti-discrimination laws is that service should not be denied for any reason that has NO IMPACT on the one doing the denying. The sexual orientation of a man eating in a restaurant or a couple holding a reception in a hotel banquet room has NO IMPACT whatsoever on the lives of owner or manager or other customers of that restaurant or hotel.
