They may be feverishly scrambling to pull together a plan, hoping that this ship will right itself on its own in the meantime.

Several republicans have made suggestions that should be considered; several non-political figures have done the same. Is the WH deaf? All they can do is malign the TEA party, hoping to marginalize it. Well, the more they do, the stronger it will become.

I have to laugh at Gore's comments about the TEA party folks, especially remembering what a flop his global warming campaign turned out to be. Does he have credibility?

Very perceptive to make the observation -- and to admit it -- that anything the TEA party, or non-TEA party but conservatives, and/or republicans say will be made to sound stupid and will be spun out of control. The Main stream media and WH mouthpieces excel at it.

We've been watching that kind of theater for a long time now. The Dems are very good at it. I'm reminded just how good when I watch MSNBC or their partners in propaganda. I'm quite impressed at their ability to present only half the story, to slant it, and to put a spin on it to top it off.

Did you notice that the TEA party tried to support a new kind of politician for office in 2010?

I guess this thread shows that liberals are quite satisfied with the corrupt, unethical, devious and non-transparent dealings of their Congressmen, and would love to maintain status quo. I hear it's because liberals vote for those who'll get them the handouts.

The proof is in the pudding, sort of, isn't it if we look at history. TEA party is all about positive change that benefits everyone, a concept that Obama doesn't comprehend.
How does Tea Party benefit everyone when they are willing to jeopardize the full faith and credit of the United States and the economic stability of world financial markets?

How does the Tea Party benefit everybody with rhetoric like "We're going to hurt some people"?

How does the Tea Party benefit everybody when they are not willing close tax loopholes on the weathiest Americans and corporations that are making record profits to help reduce the federal deficit?

Probably from TP/like minded Americans thinking the cuts were not deep enough. National polls mean little in individual district races.

Won't be long before the GOP pollster, Rasmussen, does a poll to counter CNN!

All one has to do is read all the posts in this thread to understand why the United States is self destructing......

Americans are stupid to the point they allow themselves to be hoodwinked by the biased media they watch and read.

God forbid people would actually take the time to understand WTF is going on but nooooo all they can do is echo what their party line is.

America has become the land of the sheeple and home of the timid.

The Tea Party is not tanking, America is tanking.

It's easy to see what media y'all are tuned into, and with selective listening, at that.

What's scary is that uninformed people are willing to be spoonfed propaganda, allowing their minds to be programmed, and are willing to be led, like lemmings, to the voting booth with crib sheet in hand (or head).

Take a look at the polls and see how many Democrats are waking up. The country is being destroyed by Obama, and their party is being destroyed by Obama. The Democrat party will never again be what it was in the past. And that should make you sad.

As the TEA party fights for the principles and values these people believe in, so should you fight for the values you hold dear, not for the career politicians who only care about re-election. They don't serve the people, they USE the people.

It truly IS time for a change.

Polls mean nothing...in the hearts of anti-intellectual, bible thumping, white chumps, the Tea Party will always provide that what they value most: a unified voice of hatred for Obama and liberals.

CNN?

Good to know, Obama has it made in the shade and will coast to an easy victory.
