I doubt the punishing part but I have been listening to Megyn Kelly talk about the quake for several minutes. She says they are evacuating all government buildings.
Of course, the people of California have quakes like that one all the time and just don't let it bother them.
A man is now saying that the difference in a 5.9 quake and a 6.0 is a whole lot of power. BTW, Fox is calling it a 5.9 not a 6.0
