It is so annoying when people on forums always repeat "you didn't answer my quesion..."
You are so politically correct you can't even admit that Detroit has turned into a black kleptocracy, just like some "Republic" in Africa. It gets billions in federal and state "emergency aid" like some despotic African country, yet it is still moribund by its dysfunctional, dependent population. Silly idealists like yourself see no correlation between anything... There are thousands of mini-Detroits (formerly white cities) all over the country that are headed on the same path as Detroit.
Here's a correlation for you, I'm sure it's beyond your intellectual grasp, so I'll pitch it to you slowly...

Many of Detroit's historically white "inner ring" suburbs are facing the same increasing crime stats, reduction of city services, and more residential blight, as the tax base dwindles.
When people of any race fail to prepare, fail to get an education, fail to look for a job or prospects, guess what happens???..you get Detroit and it's inner ring "white" suburbs.
Thanks for attempting the "Black people innately can't lead a municipality" theory, but just like the notion of "white superiority", it's just b.s. with just a wee bit of fact mixed in.
Btw, you still failed to mention why white people having children with Africans and Asians is any of your business??

Don't worry, Asians will take over everything,they outnumber both blacks and hispanics, they are already kicking white ass in school, Asian countries are now leading in new patents and discoveries as well. Nothing to worry, expect that Asians may extract some revenge.
You still keep on ignoring and pushing aside the 800 pound gorilla regarding Detroit - black incompetency. I say this because Detroit is almost 90% black. White people used to work low wage manufacturing in Detroit as well, but most whites from Detroit have found work in new industries, either in the suburbs or out of state. The blacks who remain in Detroit are stuck in time, waiting for someone to "rescue" them, and unable to adapt to the new economy like their white counterparts.

Now I really don't have the time to educate you on redlining, restrictive covenants and corporate divestment from the city.
Maybe in your reality of math people will still have jobs when a majority of the employers leave, for the rest of us, it's common sense.

What happens to municipalities when it's major employers divest from their city limits??

BTW, "redlining" was the only reason American cities had vibrant communities for as long as they did. If, say, the communists had more of an influence on urban politics in the 1920s and 1930s, we would have seen the same 1950s/1960s white-taxpayer flight scenario play out decades earlier.
You forget most whites in the 1920s and 1930s were working class and poor especially in cities like Detroit which had a very large immigrant population.
You're trying to shove a post-New Deal model of American society, with the middle class majority created by FDR's programs, on pre-New Deal American society, which was quite different.
Buffalo and Niagara Falls are majority white and have suffered from similar Rust Belt problems as cities like Detroit and Cleveland, just to a lesser degree.
Oh & Hispanics/Latinos are not considered "White".
Every time I've gotten a citation it had White/Caucasian & Hispanic/Latino listed separately.
"Latino" is not a race but an invention by Corporate America. There are Latinos of European descent (Spanish, Italian, German, French etc.), Latinos of African descent, and of Indigenous descent. The majority are a combination of two of the three. In retrospect, "black", "white" or any other "race" is a sociopolitical construct. The real problems in this country are class based, but the elites want to divide Americans along artificial lines. So to the OP I don't care who's the majority although it will be whites. Even if combined all the minorities form one majority you're assuming they will be political allies. The politicians have been pinning minorities against other minorities so you don't have to worry....I would hope one day America is no longer race obsessed and we start looking at people as individuals.
Will racial tensions ease once whites benevolently hand over power, or will they get worse than they are now?
The day when whites are less than 50% of the US Population, should we celebrate or worry?
Will there be more or less political friction?
Will America's employment, education and crime statistics look better or worse in 2050?

I haven't voted yet because I don't know what it would be like. I notice that the while the Hispanic population is projected to rise, as well as the Asian population to a lesser extent, the Black population is projected to remain the same through all of this. The question is how will EVERYONE be effected?
