That is a strawman argument using your own inflammatory language. I think women should have control and choice over the contents of their uterus. If they choose abortion, that is their choice. Not yours. And it is their legal right.

Murder: the premeditated killing of a human being by another human being.
Abortion: the premeditated killing of a baby while it is in the womb.
A woman should have control and choice over their own bodies: language used by pro-choice people to say that they support murdering babies - without coming right out and saying that.
Do you support murdering babies? This is a simple yes or no question.

And many don't consider abortion to be murder, including the US government... so you'd be the only one breaking the law, if you attempted to intervene in what a woman does with her womb & fetus.
What?? The fetus would have to be at LEAST 4-5 months developed to survive, in which case most states wouldn't even allow abortion... so that would be more of a stillbirth or "spontaneous abortion" (not by choice) situation, if it's even possible. Do you have a credible link regarding this claim?

The fetus has his or her own unique DNA with is neither the mother's nor the father's, so it's not the mother's body being controlled. The body which is being controlled (killed in this case) is no one's body except that of the baby.
I suspect you want the Federal Government to pay for this since fetuses tend not to have any money. Though I do find it funny that GOPers are ardently opposed to helping living breathing people get insurance, but wish to furnish it (for free?) to fetuses that don't have money.

Okay...what you're doing is begging the question. You're assuming that abortion is murder, therefore it follows that murder is illegal thus abortion should be illegal.
Abortion is not murder. Therefore your assumption does not stand.
