Nope, I want women to continue to have choices regarding their bodies and the contents of their uterus. But if you are so set on denying women that...go ahead and ban abortion and then prevent males in an uncommitted relationship from possible procreation.
No pregnancy = no need for abortion.
If you are as committed to the end of abortion as you say you are, you should have no problems with this idea.
Why would a baby need abortion insurance since it is already born? And in order to get the insurance, a parent would need to purchase it. If a parent is planning on aborting, why would they purchase it? And using the argument that a baby is a baby upon conception or whatever, who would get the money? The parent? Well then...

That is a strawman argument using your own inflammatory language. I think women should have control and choice over the contents of their uterus. If they choose abortion, that is their choice. Not yours. And it is their legal right.
It is a human life and I have a responsibility to protect the baby - whether it is "mine" or not.
No you don't, at least not until it comes out of the womb... and as the owner of a womb myself, we'd have serious trouble if you even TRIED protecting it for me. As long as it's still in my body, it is mine alone to protect - period. Are you a woman?
