Why would a baby need abortion insurance since it is already born? And in order to get the insurance, a parent would need to purchase it. We will require an individual mandate that all conceived infants purchase abortion insurance or pay a fine.
Who would collect on the insurance if the fetus is aborted? The formerly pregnant mother?
