In Loving v. Virginia, the Supreme Court found marriage to be a fundamental constitutional right.
The 14th Amendment prohibits government from treating one class of citizens different than another.
A+B=preventing homosexuals from marrying other homosexuals is a violation of their fundamental constitutional rights. Our government is prohibited from doing that.
It's only a matter of time before that legal precedent is set.

Actually it's a chance you would be taking...What you are talking about is against the law, and if I were the one that was fired I'd sue to to the limits of the law.
I have, and it doesn't change anything about what I stated. On any issue where both Federal and State law contradict, Federal law trumps State law. If the Federal law is silent on the matter, State law takes priority.
