All society is affected when innocent human life is destroyed.

Bull. Children die every. single. day. It effects nothing but their families, not to put to light the heartbreak that causes, but your claim that it effects all of society is ridiculous.

There will always be more children produced.

You like the word "innocent" yet once they are born they aren't so innocent anymore.

I did not read through all 36 pages so forgive me if this was already mentioned.
Most people are in favor of a woman's right to choose, the answer to questions on this topic depends on how they are asked; many people that consider themselves to be pro life do make exceptions such as if pregnancy puts the mother's life in danger etc. and while being pro life themselves they do not want to make that decision for others so they are really pro choice.

What I do find to be real strange that the most gun ho pro life activists do not seem to have a problem being pro death after birth , they favor capital punishment and suport going off to war to kill innocent men, women, children and babies they consider such killing to be collateral damage

You're right!

But Really Stupid People believe that voting for a Republican will somehow end abortions....they are so stupid that they haven't noticed that Republicans haven't ended abortions although they try to badger women with stupid laws to make women's rights harder to acheive. Republicans are against women's rights.

And Really REALLY Stupid People believe that if abortion is illegal it will end.

You are right on some of your points, too.

But as pro-abortion people kill their children, and pro-life people bring theirs to term, public opinion begins to slide toward the pro-life side.

How many future pro-abortion Democrats have been aborted these past forty years? Thirty million, forty million?

LOLOLO

Thanks for the morning chuckle!!
What are the chuckles about?

Surely you misunderstood me.

Prior to the Sexual Revolution, sex was seen as inextricably linked with reproduction. The most tragic change has been to see them separated.

All that means is that one can appeal a case, such as a conviction, up to the Supreme Court. That doesn't give the court the right to declare laws unconstitutional. That power of the court was grabbed via Marbury v Madison. As I said, declaring a law unconstitutional is not specifically codified in the constitution. Yet, everyone agrees that the court has such power.

Another area not in the constitution is the debt ceiling, which is not mentioned at all.

You don't think that a newborn baby is innocent? I do.
