You do realize that here in the US convicted rapists, murderers, and pedophiles can legally marry, but law abiding, tax paying homosexuals can't.

Why don't you actually try explaining away the hypocrisy of those droning on about the sanctity of the institution of marriage when convicted killers are allowed to marry whom they love but not law-abiding gays? Stop deflecting and answer, if you can. I'd love to see what nonsense you come up with.
