I'm not too thrilled with Obama's choice of healthcare because it catered to right wing interests by incorporating private insurance companies. I work with (or I should say against?) private insurance companies and am well aware of what thieves and scuzzbuckets they are.
What really scares me about you people, is that you actually believe the Democratic Party is left wing. What that says about you people and your beliefs is truly terrifying.

That's plenty for me. Both the Left and the Right are bringing us toward more centralized power and control in the hand of a few (whether it be government or big business). That's the ultimate goal of the Globalist agenda and political parties of all stripes exist to implement their goals. The only difference between the two parties is which aspects of the agenda are implemented.

I got my info from the liberterian Science Blogs, and the Dispatches from the Culture Wars, by Ed Brayton. You assume I get it from liberal watchdogs. Not everyone who doesn't hop on the far-right band-wagon gets their information from liberal news sources.
I lived in Spain, Israel, and Cuba. I was not born here, but was raised here. My experience is rather vast. I'm not a historian, but I love reading history, of this nation and others, and understand that ignorance is the best friend of propaganda, and the most heinous enemy of peace, egalitarian systems, and rights for all. Ignorance, and how best to spread it, is the #1 most important goal of right wingers.
The degree of ignorance I am witnessing at the hands of right wingers ultimately led me to understand that there are two types of right wingers in this country: the ones that know they're in it purely to further enrich and further empower the already-wealthy at the expense of the rest (including right wing nutjobs), and the grunts - the nutjobs that do the dirty work of waving signs they don't know how to spell, and embarass themselves by thriving on the conspiracy, Bible-banging, and repeating the sheer stupidity fed them by those whose intentions have only the mega-wealthy at heart.
I don't take them lightly, right wingers. Right wingers are precisely what gave rise to the Third Reich, as well as all other forms of fascist governments throughout the globe; right wingers and their adoration of propaganda. Nothing less than a fascist form of government is enough for right wingers, who, along the way, collect a rather sizable collection of groups to hate, such as gays, the alleged Commies hiding behind every tree, the hippies, the "liberals," any education that tells too much truth for comfort, and so on. There's very little that makes a right winger feel better than having a stack of enemies to blame for the wrongs being done by their own right wing leaders.
A significant day for me was the day a right winger told me that history books should not be "negative." When I asked what he meant, he informed me that "most people" don't need to know all the details about this country. That's right wing thinking. Needless to say if there is an area in my heart for respect, right wingers never meet the criteria to receive it.
You'd be better served to spew this propaganda on someone less apt to see through it. Try someone that doesn't understand much of anything, has been nowhere outside of the local Wal-mart, reads little, knows nothing of current events, but spends lots of time listening to right wing idiots who get paid to lie on radio and inflame the little ignorant hearts of the least educated right wingers. It's likely that person will believe the bs quite nicely.
