Hmmmm, ok you have weapon, you have the user who admitted to using said weapon and lastly you have a deceased person whose death was directly attributed to the use and the admission of the person who used the weapon carry out the deed.

I look at this way, a strange man is following you for no reason he did not identify himself (not that he had any autority in the first place to make an arrest) and he brandishes a gun. Now, Trayvon had two choices either run home and possibly have this strange man follow him where there is no adult there or fight for his life. What would you do?

It's unfortunate that so many posters, yourself included, missed all of the information in the first five threads on this case; it makes it impossible to ever catch up. That unfortunate detail also means that some posters have too little background on the subject to write thoughtful posts that contribute to the development of the current thread. People who find it difficult to post without using words like "puke" and "spew" add nothing to the discussion of the case, and the attempts at clever sarcasm fall far short of their intention. It reveals a juvenile mind-set and a general inability to delve below the surface of the dialogue that has been going on since February, as well as a lack of the skills required to integrate information into hypotheses.

Why don't you show us the video of Trayvon Martin beating Zimmerman's head on the sidewalk? Or of a 6'3" "hulking thug" sucker-punching Zimmerman from behind? Explain to us why it's not only acceptable but positively admirable to solicit donations from gullible people and then commit perjury when testifying about it. I know that you won't; you're too busy following your own agenda.

When he shot him Trayvon he had to show the gun to him now whether or not he waved it at him or not can be debated. I'm going by the fact that if Trayvon voice was the one screaming for help zimmerman did brandish his gun at Trayvon.
