So, food stamps has increased continuously since 2002. Whose idea was it anyway to expand food stamps program in 2002? Did they expect a reduction in number of people to rely on it?
HELLO????
Look at the graph!!!
When Bush left office, what were the numbers of people on Food Stamps?

In 7 years 12 million people were added to the food stamp program, under bush.
In 4 years, 15 million people were added under obama.

And I'm sure you also believe that a massive recession that Bush left the office with, had absolutely no effect, so you'd rather not even touch the food stamp expansion he signed off on which only qualified more people for it.

So you are ADMITTED that Obama FAILED.
He wanted the job in 2008.
He PROMISED he'd fix the economy by his 3rd year in office or else he wouldn't deserve re-election.
If 19 million people were on foodstamps in 2002, the number should not have increased 27 million, it should have decreased to... whatever, 18.9 would have a success. I'm not talking about getting rid of food stamps, but making people self reliant so they don't need them.
Yet, he had another 4 years. (hurts to remember)...
Obama had lofty goals as well.
