You're comparing HIV rates in the U.S. to rates in Africa ? Will you compare gay rights in the U.S. to Africa ? Irrelevant.
Gay men accounted for 61% of all new HIV infections in 2009. The % was even higher for young gay men.
I don't know what % of gay men have HIV. Maybe an estimate is out there and you have it. Deflecting from the fact HIV in the U.S. remains a problem among homosexual men out of all proportion to their numbers is nonsense
Maybe it wouldn't be an issue if gays weren't so demonized by society. Most of the HIV issues in the gay community stem from the drug culture. Would so many young gays resort to drugs if their parents didn't throw them out, their friends didn't abandon them, and society didn't call them deviant abominations on a daily basis?

You might have a point. I only know one gay guy that has been with multiple men. Last month was my uncles 20th anniversary. So again, you might have a point.

I don't think you or others similarly situated really truly understand what "freedom of speech" means.
Freedom of speech means THE GOVERNMENT can't persecute you for what you say.
It DOES NOT mean that people are just supposed to shut up and let someone spout a bunch of crap without you being called out for being ignorant, stupid, wrong, etc. Because guess what? If you voice an opinion, especially on controversial subjects, you're probably going to encounter someone ELSE exercising THEIR free speech against you and your ideas/opinions!
In fact, when you assume that you are entitled to say ANYTHING without allowing anyone else to voice disapproval, then you are in fact stifling CRITICS' freedom of speech.
The facts on homosexuality are... It is an abnormality in every single case.
If we look at the cause of homosexuality, it is largely related to hormone imbalance and hormone dysfunction.
Things like "the birth order" in regards to women and their boys is one of the causes of homosexuality. It is not intentional, it is a defect of human development which causes women's bodies to start blocking androgens necessary for proper development of boys. This same testosterone has ill effects on women as well.
Another cause is partial or full androgen insensitivity, which is also a defect.
If you look at homosexuality, it is true that homosexuals are more likely to be celibate, but I highly doubt that that has anything to do with cognitive differences, but rather the stigma associated with being a homosexual. The truth is, if you look at the number of people who have had multiple partners, the percentage of homosexuals is much higher. The numbers show that 35% of gay men have had two or more partners in the last 5 years, while only 12% of heterosexual men had two partners or more
The problem with homosexuality is actually one of the apparent strengths if you talk to a homosexual man. In basically that, it is so easy to be promiscuous man, because basically you cut the women out of the business. And, no worrying about getting pregnant either. Had AIDS not become a reality of homosexual men(which affects them at 50 times the rate of straight men), I would assume the level of promiscuity would be much higher than what we even see today.
The ills within the homosexual community are many. The argument seems to be that most of the problems with the homosexual community is that they are socially stigmatized, and so they are more likely to have self-destructive behavior. But when you look at the places in the world where homosexuality is highly accepted, you see the same basic pattern.
And most importantly, even in societies where homosexuality is accepted, homosexuals tend to be much less happy on average than heterosexuals. The reality is, homosexuality is like being born with autism or some other kind of relatively common, but yet inferior condition. We need to organize societies to eliminate homosexuality like we have for other kinds of genetic or developmental disorders. I'm still convinced the secret to solving the problem is through something while women are pregnant.
