No, it sounds like a rational business owner who has looked at all factors involved, and, with skin (his own) in the game, concluded it is not "worth it".

Your comments, OTOH, had a decided sniffling ambiance to them.

Econ 101.
You are asking (figuratively), for libersl to think a bit deeper than a dusting of frost on the grass? Not going to happen, for as you said, it's all about the emotions.

Nope...that sounds like the very intelligent business owner who understands that the government will destroy his business unless he/she faces reality and deals with the mess at hand.

I applaud anyone who takes a firm hold of their own future in the self-reliant manner our Constitution intended for us to live by in America! If more would get back to that, this country would prosper to unbelievable heights.

What bull! You have no idea of that of which you speak. 3rd-world countries are controlled by "fear" and that is based upon lack of education, exposure to freedom (if you have never experienced, been around or are aware of a free life you do not know what a mess you are really in), in many cases...especially in the Middle East...control by the religious faction and on and on. Those leaders come to power through not only the "fear" factor, but also very often $'s from outside influences which enable them to build their own by confiscating any wealth within that 3rd-world country.

That cannot happen in America. BO is trying to make it happen, but BO will be "down the road" shortly. Then someone with brains, understanding of America and actual experience in what makes America work will throw out all BO's bull-sh*t crap and put us back on the road to a Federal Government that actually functions "within" our Constitution. What a blessing that will be.

I only hope and pray that this BO horror becomes a wake-up call for the future to never elect someone so totally unprepared, inexperienced, arrogant (with nothing to be arrogant about), narcissist and so ignorant of his short falls he believes he is smarter than the rest of the world.

Why wouldn't they? They make the most income.

Yes, they do. Match the percentage of taxes they pay to the percentage of the income they earn. Deal?

Looks like you're getting wealthy on the backs of people who can't buy a home.

If their propery rights were restored, maybe they'd be able to buy a home and build some weakth for themselves.

Government redistributes wealth from renters to landlords by denying them affordable ownership options that the private sector would provide if it were allowed to do so.

All I ask is to have the same property rights the Founders intended me to have. Is that too much to ask?
