Finally good to see that Larry Kudlow gets one right imo...
Quote:
Okay, it’s official. According to the Treasury Department, the U.S. debt jumped to $16.1 trillion in 2012 from $14.8 trillion in 2011. That’s a $1.3 trillion deficit for the last year. Remarkable. During President Obama’s first term, the federal debt rose by roughly $6 trillion.

Now, if they are bold, House Republicans will take advantage of these dismal numbers. Bold means bold spending cuts, as in cut spending like there’s no tomorrow. Bold means implementing the $1.2 trillion spending sequester. Bold means an absolute rock-solid commitment to spending cuts. A new Rasmussen survey shows that 62 percent of Americans favor across-the-board spending cuts. That includes every program of the federal government, according to the survey.

So Republicans can persuade the public about bold spending cuts. They can make it their key message and central marketing strategy. If they don’t, they risk losing the House in 2014.
More> Without Deep Spending Cuts, the Republicans Lose the House in 2014 - Larry Kudlow - Townhall Finance Conservative Columnists and Financial Commentary - Page 1

..., but his vision is INCOMPLETE!

Except for his caution that they'll "risk losing the House in 2014", I agree. I do think and believe that they will be guaranteed to lose the HO-House[1] in 2014.

And that simple fact will forecast for us the new era Obozo has been working so diligently for and about which I've opined to the point of preaching it. A totalitarian state of one-party control. The formalization of the full and complete morphing of the once Democratic Party, that became the democratic party and in the LBJ 60s made the full transformation to the demonRATic party, that seduced a generation of people, by racial identity, to sell their souls and collective vote to them in perpetuity.

That national political disgrace that was a joining of hands of BOTH white and black politicians to w**** for the vote of a generationally seduced entire race of people dwarfs the "slavery" shame of this nation and except for rare public recognition of same since that time that REAL HISTORY passes by unnoticed. I lived through the inception of Grandpa Lyndon's Not-So-Great-Society and have demeaned and called it that consistently ever since. That singular tool of "social engineering" that set up future generations of agendas identified as "white guilt" and "affirmative action" and "political correctness" and more may well be the precursor to the death of this once great republic.

NOTE
[1}Previously, in different and better times, the House of Representatives was the "peoples' House". No more. Now it is merely just another "HO-House".

No way you can win over folks that are on the train of dependency. Republicans and the Liberal rats are finally moving toward their goal of having complete control over everything and everybody. Regardless of what propaganda the Republicans claim, they want a complete dependent state as well.

Democracy which I would guess that 99.5% of the forum is in complete support of that type of gvt. With all of our problems have you ever heard anyone in the forum or the media for that matter suggest another form of gvt? No, even though democracy leads to tyranny.

It is inevitable because people love the Santa Claus party that will take from others to give to them, they strive for economic justice, social justice, and progress and gain popularity. Where the belt tightening party becomes less popular, I mean who would want to kill Santa Claus. But do we really have a belt tightening party? I mean the {R}s are gung ho on a huge military and interventionist foreign policy. So they just like a different Santa Claus.

The only remaining question is will the U S become a huge military tyranny with little social programs or will it become a tyranny with huge social programs but less military. Here is a article that explains why democracy leads to tyranny and which Santa Clause will be the tyrant.

"Democracy's Road to Tyranny", by Erik Von Kuehnelt-Leddihn, The Freeman/Ideas on Liberty, May 1988, pp. 174-177

Every Democracy in history has eventually fallen to Totalitarianism. It is slowly happening here and will eventually happen. There is little doubt. It will be argued that we are not a Democracy but rather a representative republic. Well, we once were, but all you have to do is look around this board to see the transformation at work.

You have that impression, as to Republicans, I think...because in the most recent of years that party has moved left and closer to the vacated former position of the democratic party. Those repubs we traditional values conservatives call RINOs. Even some who call themselves conservatives manifest a liking for big government on the grand federal scale. The democratic party, imo, has gone to embrace the "far left", those elements who despise our Constitution as original ratified, and who are led by he who I condescendingly refer to as Obozo. Their Great Leader who will soon commit perjury for the second time as he executes his Oath of Office again. Liberals, imo again, are a political cult unto themselves. "Feelgood politics", which accurately defines that mental disease, is a yielding to emotion and discarding of all rational thought process in confronting societal problems. That becomes manifestly apparent in the hypocrisy they always seem near genetically prone to validate. First to jump up and stridently, to the point of being over bearing, champion an individual right to free speech. They do, impose an 'unspoken' hypocritical qualifier though. It is that you are only welcome into their "big tent" of tolerance if your free speech opinions agree with theirs. So much for "diversity"! Disagree and out comes a Fairness Doctrine or some other supercilious agenda of well-calculated, shameful activism that is personally endemic to them. Saying one thing, but acting contrary to what they say they believe truly does mark them. And, for some reason, they are not even embarrassed when such is shown to be true about them. Of course being familiar with the second Proverbs element of your monniker, you are also cognizant of how it comfortably frames the silly liberals at 23:9, not to mention the accuracy of having identified them at their nominating convention this last time around at Proverbs 7, as they collectively rejected GOD to the point of public humiliation. More hypocrisy on display and quite amazing too!

Then on the opposite end you would be a supporter of states that voted for gay marriage . Now who do you think is going to win that debate? Easy, the supporters of gay marriage due to the fact that federal leaders {D} know this is a sure vote getter. And thus on larger scale they keep the social programs Santa Clause going in full force. Both parties want the federal gvt or the Supreme Court to settle the issue. It is easier to control the people from a all powerful federal gvt one size fits all instead of the states using their freedom to choose their own destiny.

The Republican/TeaParty is so focused on the financial health of the nation hence their agenda has been:

legitimate rape

anti-abortion bills

vaginal probes

keeping minorities from voting

banning gay marriage

installing christian sharia law

"personhood" bills (hell, Paul "Failed VP/ Death voucher man" Ryan introduced yet another one in the House last week!)
