No one said that. Although if anyone is threatening your life and safety you have the right of self defense.
Men who are abusers usually tend to stay away from women who can defend themselves anyway. That was my point.
Majority of all abuse towards women is domestic. You said armed women are less likely to be victims of such abuse. You support pulling a gun on your husband or boyfriend??
On the flip side of that, women in abusive relationships are much more likely to end up dead if there's a firearm in the household.
Thank you for pointing that out. Of course, gun fondlers, living in their I-want-my-gun-and-nobody-is-going-to-take-it-from-me world will say that just doesn't happen. Nah, of course it doesn't happen... until it does.

If it came to that, duh, yeah. Then of course they would not be my husband or boyfriend anymore.
Once again, abusive men tend to avoid getting involved with women who can defend themselves in the first place so there would be no need for that woman to pull the gun.
I think the recent sales hsows one thing only and that is that many do not beleive that governamnt can protect them really. As to who will react when time comes that is ony known once it happens.

So if a woman has the misfortune of being in an abusive relationship, you recommend her pulling out the gun and pointing it at her husband or boyfriend?

If she needs to defend her life or safety at that moment, of course. And vice versa.
Your own link proves my point. I reject your second straw man
