I do not know all the facts there. We are going to have a trial to determine that. Correct? Nobody is saying that anyone had a right to kill there with no explanation to anyone. What sort of point did you think you were trying to make?

That's murder, not assassination. And the accused is going to stand trial.

There's not even dots to connect here yet you found some ?

By comparison, the Constitution specifically lays out that you must have two witnesses in court two accuse you of the crime of treason in order to be convicted. Obama will kill you on his say so alone.
This is what the const says:
Quote:
Amendment V

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Indeed, it isn't a secret that a person in the military does not have the same type of 5th amendment rights as regular citizens. It has long been decided that the military has the recognized ability to try members of the military.

Trayvon Martin was killed because of a law in Florida that makes killing legal if one peceives them as a threat. Trayvon Martin was never given his due process. Where is the outrage about that unconstitutional law?
