What do you mean by "propped up"? The left always complains that conservatives don't feature people of color, yet when we do, we get accused of using them as props. We're damned if we do, damned if we don't. Is that fair?

Ben is entitled to his opinions. That's the thing about we "liberals" ... we respect the First Amendment rights of others.
What's delaying your imagined insults ? Nothing. Ben spoke ungraciously, no one cares, and that's the end of the story. He's not going into politics, so don't start hyperventilating. Take it from someone who knows him ... he'll never run for anything except his wife's errands.
