It's good to know that major homebuilders are reaping rewards while middle class families chase downpayment requirements for increasing home costs. Ironic that Obamatrons support the corporate "greed" when it increases his political bottom line.

Sure, it was interesting for me too.

How can the country as a whole reap the rewards if housing is further out of reach for struggling non-homeowners?

We're good to go. After selling our house we're going to stash away our funds and wait for the next bubble to pop, just like I predicted back in 2005 when people laughed in my face and 3 years later I got to laugh in theirs (but only while carrying my CCP just incase they got a little angry with me).

Should be even more interesting than it was for yourself considering their employment prospects and non-dischargeable student loan debt. Oh well, if you want to make an omelet you have to ruin a few million lives.

I'm cool with you thinking housing recovery bad news.

Have a nice day
