Of course not. It's an assumption based on reading and seeing past data.
I said "sometimes" it ends up doing just the opposite, didn't I.
Speculation.

The STD rates are rising in the US, not declining.
Sex education is happening earlier and earlier.
We are now giving out condoms and morning after pills to kids in school.

With at least a decade of "educating them earlier" we're worse off today than before the education started.

Used to be HS where the issues were. Now kids in middle school are showing up pregnant.

This is what social liberation brings you when immature children are introduced to sex at earlier ages.
They do not think like adults and "responsibility" is not in their vocabulary yet.

Judging by the actions of some Conservatives their God is a complete libertine. Those guys seem to think that only other people should refrain from sex.

Well we're not talking about adults here but sex education for 4-5 year olds.

So it's completely unfounded then, gotcha.

Default The Left's Moral Perversion; Chicago Public Schools Will Start Sex Education In Kindergarten

If the Liberals are gratified by this, then they are all child sex abusers.

Opinions are just that..opinions. Let's wait another 10-20 years and try something else when we still have problems with promiscuous sex by minors leading to pregnancy and STDs.

Sex ed in schools wouldn't be necessary if parents were responsible enough to teach kids what they need to know, but unfortunately they usually aren't. So this is a step in the right direction and may spare many young people the misery of an STD or unexpected pregnancy.

They brought sex ed into the schools in hopes of stemming STD or unexpected pregnancy.
But it isn't working so every year or so they bring it down a grade and teach it to the younger kids.

We're now at kindergarden level. What's next..taking the baby at birth and letting the government raise it ?
