Has there ever been a question, that had a scientific answer (however inadequate), but for which now the best answer is a religious one?
Hard to answer but, science is forever probing but they have never been able to prove there is no God. This is the mystery of our universe and life. There has been no valid explanation from science, as it too changes as new discoveries have been made.

That is what science is. Also, Science doesn't quite preoccupy itself with the existence of God because it deals with measurable things. God is better left to Philosophy.

Disagree whole-heartedly.
There is nothing to suggest that gods lie outside of measurability. There is nothing to suggest that gods lie anywhere.

Nor has science been able to prove that there is no Yeti.
Nor has science been able to prove that there is no Big Foot.
Nor has science been able to prove that the Easter Bunny does not exist.
Nor has science been able to prove that there are no Aliens among us.
It seems that you do not understand how science works.

Things that do not exist aren't measurable. Science deals with only measurable things. Therefore, God lies outside of science. You're being needlessly confrontational in your disbelief.

I disagree.
The claim is often "gods aren't measurable". There's nothing to suggest that they aren't measurable except their non-existence.
