And a "guess" is all it would be. It says right in your link that they weren't qualified.
Do you want people who aren't properly trained carrying these responsibilities?

So you mean that people who aren't qualified shouldn't be able to get the job? That pretty much shatters the left's grandiose vision of utopia through diversity. How do you feel when police or fire departments lower standards to allow lesser qualified candidates to get hired? How about when military academies lower standards to admit less qualified applicants? That's rhetorical BTW.....

Yeah they weren't qualified...Yeah right, they just figured this out? Don't believe the partisan hype here. The upper brass is just trying to get rid of the ones who WOULD launch a retaliatory attack. They don't want us nuking anyone back if we get nuked.
