People are paid by the corporations for the work they do, not the unions
FDR, who was certainly no Republican, warned against public unions back when we had a saner country.
But President Roosevelt signed into law overtime pay, something that Republicans in Congress are working on abolishing. If you're a company owner, you can't help but be in very strong support of doing that.

Yeah, sure, and let's abolish minimum wage laws so employers can't take delight in seeing how close to ZERO Americans are willing to work.
