Black, White, Hispanic, American Indian, Asian. No bounds of color where manufacture, distributionthe and use , of any drug, is concerned. Follow the money. Culturally, use of meth seems more prominent in white, Indian and Hispanic culture, where with blacks the drug of cboice points to heroin. Historically. But that's just it. Drug of the choice. Dealers, of any color, will sling what makes them money. With all the new, designer, drugs now, that could be anything.
Crack has also been seen as the "black drug". I notice meth gets a lesser sentence than crack. I've seen more meth in rural, Whites areas than anywhere else. I haven't seen heroin anywhere.

Some of what was said was incorrect. He called Minneapolis a "black city".
And I also have to consider why a person mentions certain things. Judging by the tone, I think he might have said this from a place of resentment towards Blacks. I care WHY a person mentions certain things because I can't tell if people are resentful of Blacks or if they have productive dialogue and solutions.
