Actually, having observed one court's* refusal to act upon "rock solid evidence" (followed by a subsequent LARGE grant to that state) leads me to conclude there is more rock than smoke behind the issue of legitimacy.

none of the "experts" in the GA ballot challenge were qualified to give expert testimony. that is why they were rejected. blame orly for that piece of comedic incompetence ( not to mention the fact that she submitted into evidence that obama was born in hawaii ).

the other lawyers in the trial focussed on the birther "2 US parent" theory. since this was an administrative hearing the judge was in his rights to research beyond the need of a defendant. mahlihi did and cited ankeny v daniels.

false. none of obama's records are sealed. they are private records protected under the same laws that protect all of ours ( a detective should know that ).

**** zullo claimed obama's birth certificate registration number was "impossible" based on the registration number of virginia sunahara.

false. obama's number is consistent with end of the month registration by last name based on the other birth certificates we've seen to date. the only number out of sequence is sunahara's, most likely due to the fact that she died before registration and/or was born at a different hospital from the others.
