Africa, the next frontier to conquer.

Too late though..China has been there doing trade deals for quite a number of years.

Considering the history of aid being provided to Africa, any aid Obama sends will only support muslim terrorist, warlords, and brutal dictators while the people continue to suffer.

(CNN) -- U.S. President Barack Obama pledged $7 billion Sunday to help combat frequent power blackouts in sub-Saharan Africa.
Funds from the initiative, dubbed Power Africa, will be distributed over the next five years. Obama made the announcement during his trip to South Africa, the continent's biggest economy.
"Access to electricity is fundamental to opportunity in this age. It's the light that children study by, the energy that allows an idea to be transformed into a real business. It's the lifeline for families to meet their most basic needs, and it's the connection that's needed to plug Africa into the grid of the global economy," he said.

The United Nations Security Council passed a resolution (S/RES/216) in 1974. That was before Clinton or Carter.

Looks like the Tanzanians renamed a road, the main artery in their largest city the 'Obama Avenue'.

And signed by a Republican President. This bill was passed before Obama was President.

I agree. The majority of the money will disappear into dictator bank accounts.
We're coming to the Africa party a little late so we have to spend more to buy our friends.

I don't see that anywhere. Says it was enacted in 2009.

Besides, increasing the money supply has kept interest rates down and made it easy for businesses ad consumers to borrow, helping the economy. Why wouldn't one want this policy in a weak economy?
The Fed is buying treasuries with printed money to fund the trillion dollar plus Obama deficits. Without printing,O would have to sell the treasuries on the open market like all other Presidents. Instead, he pretends to be competent while destroying the currency. Now he wants to burn money on Africa.

Get an education and stop spreading propaganda.
