Firing a warning shot for WHAT though? According to the accounts I am reading...he didnt put his hands in her. It was a verbal argument that stemmed from her infidelity and then SHE escalated it with the gun.
Then firing a warning **** around little children...YOUR OWN CHILDREN...is stupid.

You never fire warning shots because you are then responsible for where that bullet goes. It puts others at risk. Drywall inside a home will not stop a bullet.
