I think he is still leaving an impression. Mine is that he is not telling the truth.

I expect that the same will happen in this case. Lots of griping and hot air on socal media, but not a lot of action.
People believe that. They don't know.

MOM isn't dumb, I wonder what the strategy is of calling him. It might open the door into more of Martin's history.

MOM: "Did you ever tell Sabryna Fulton about you listening to tape at Serino's desk?" "No." "Any reason?" "Lot going on."

How credible is that going to sound to the jury?

di la R. just called Jane Surdyka "hysterical".

Yep. She was. And a liar.

Some people do believe that, yet did not murder, or even attack OJ. Some people believe (rightly or wrongly) that Zimmerman "attacked" Martin, not simply defended his own life. That is why we have a criminal justice system, and why civilized people live with the results of a trial, rather they like them or not (for the most part).

O'mara already had what he needed from Serino and Singleton. Has the 3rd cop if needed. With you on this, not sure why he called Tracy unless he's got something in mind for recalling him.

btw, I remember something about Tracy recognizing the voice from an 'enhanced' audio; I think from crump.

Why? Trayvon Martin is not on trial. No, it most likely will not "weigh heavily" on the jury that they aren't hearing a lot of information about Martin's background. All the jurors I'm sure know that this case is the State of Florida versus George Zimmerman, and not State vs. Trayvon Martin. They know Martin is dead and that he is not on trial. Why in the world would they wonder about background information regarding Martin, other than the information which the ME testimony regarding the autopsy.

Did you notice that it was the DEFENSE who called the gym owner??? That was Defense evidence. The Defense decided to present that evidence, not the State.

Listening to the tape was 'just a detail ' ?

Tracy Martin said he listened to the 911 call about 20 times because "I wanted to figure out what made this man get out of his car and chase my son."
