You're complaining about the law not being "fair". The law is the law.
But he could have been killed, correct? That is my point. It could easily have been Martin in court instead.

You can't have watched the trial. There was plenty of interview tapes, 911 calls, etc that the Prosecutors put on.

Any reasonable person would find it hard to believe that Zimmerna would have been killed.

Just going through the evidence and over the witness testimony is going to take several hours, maybe a few days. Let alone go through all the jury instructions and charges, and then engage in discussion.
