I believe Holder is being truthful when he says no torture or death penalty.

He just doesn't mention the new definition of "torture", and tragic accidents or sudden medical complications can arise at any time.

Snowden is a putz and a coward and I think that he should remain in Russia, turn gay and let Putin's new radical anti-gay stance have at 'em. I see that human rights issues mean nada to the hypocrite chicken boy. The idiot stands up for privacy, but not when it applies to human rights. To hell with him!
