Not one judge has ever asked for it. What we do know is the PDF birth certificate on the White House website is a 100% forgery confirmed by Reed Hayes. He is a independent Hawaiian forensic handwriting and computer document expert that is court recognized. Also the Cold Case Posse of the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office has investigated it and found it to be a forgery.
Well, then, why doesn't the CCP and the good sheriff bring a suit to court? Why don't they release Mr. Hayes' report? If they have this foolproof "evidence" why are they sitting on it, doing nothing? And why the heck do you have an handwriting analyst doing a forensic examination of a picture on the Internet?
The bottom line is if the State of Hawaii confirms that the information (which is all that matters) on that picture of the birth certificate is all correct, the layers in a picture on the Internet are of absolutely no import. Next, birthers will be declaring that the Mona Lisa is a forgery because a picture of it on the Internet has layers.
Hayes is an expert on computer documents. Arpaio's Cold Case Posse is taking the case to congress with congressman Steve Stockman and some other lawmakers already on board who are interested in a committee investigation. Expect this story to heat up when congress gets back from break.
Let's see the Hayes report. If it's so foolproof the CCP should have no problem releasing it. Why keep it under wraps unless it can't stand up to scrutiny?
Stockman had over two months to do something, anything, after his meeting in June with the CCP, and what has he done? Nothing. Zip. Zilch. Which is par for the course. The familiar birther mantra for the last five years has been: ANY. DAY. NOW.
