You know it's funny that you mentioned him and I'm not giving him a pass either, but I give him a tad more respect then Bush who used his grandfather to get him to the top of the list in the Texas National Guard. He attended some drills and skipped out on the Alabama National Guard and had the audacity to start an unecessary war which killed thousands of Americans and crippled thousands more either mentally or physically. To add insult to injury had the balls to wear an air combat suit and declare "Mission Accomplished" which pissed off more people who became our enemies. To make it even worst he even had a cabinet of draft dodgers who encouraged this folly. Can you name any of his cabinet members that served in the military besides C. Powell and Tommy Thompson?

Bush did not "skip out" of the National Guard. He did take time off, but actually put in slightly more hours than required. He was discharged with the rank of 2nd Lt.
Maybe you should have told the many Democrats in Congress who voted for it that it was an "unnecessary war."
The "Mission Accomplished" banner was not his idea. But it was accurate; it meant that major combat in Iraq was over and it was.

Another untruth. Bin Laden was on the "most wanted" list since the 9/11 attacks and there were still thousands of U.S. troops in Afghanistan searching for him even after the invasion of Iraq.
About 10 years ago, I didn't have much internet access to see arguments in the online political community. For those who did, how did conservatives defend GW after no WMDs were found in Iraq?
Pubs and tea baggers desperately want everyone to forget Bush ever happened. But those 8 horrific years were what exposed the modern day Conservative as inept, incompetent frauds. They defended Bush by claiming he didn't lie and that there were WMDs, just that they couldn't be found. Many said that we had to get Bin Laden and war was absolutely necessary to do so. They claimed that the War on Terror was going to end terrorism, in a show of American might as a response to 9/11.
Even when it became evident that Bush lied, Pubs went silent, content to spend, spend, spend, while the deficit went up, up, up, and the economy went into a free fall. Pubs naively believed that we could "spread democracy" by dropping thousands of bombs in a "shock and awe" show of military force that was supposed to force those proud people to change their ideology. It was incredibly foolish and it didn't work, as expected. Pure Neanderthal diplomacy, while this country bled to death.
Interestingly enough, you heard no protests from Boehner, Cantor, McConnell, Ryan, Christie, Ron Paul, Rand Paul, TX Gov Rick Perry, Palin, Bachmann, Santorum, Cain, Romney, Gingrich, Limbaugh, Beck, Trump, Jindal, WI Gov Scott Walker, AZ Gov Brewer, FL Gov Scott, Coulter, Hannity, and the rest of the GOP people desperately trying to stay relevant today. No protests from any future GOP presidential hopefuls.
