I'm serious. Google it.
There are times it does because it is the law. The law says (keeping this topical to the news of today) that if you are in the military you must obey the orders of your superiors.

Unless of course that clashes with your religion and your 1st amendment rights.

But she was turned away.
The barbers, who are all Muslim, told her their religion didn't allow them to cut the hair of a woman who is not a member of their family.
McGregor filed a human rights complaint.

Oooh, what are the righties going to say now? Who do they hate more, gays or Muslims? Such a conundrum. If they defend the bakery owners, they have to defend the ...gasp...dreaded Muslims.
What to do, what to do?
False dilemma....

Who cares? One can be totally indifferent to this matter.

Or they can just defend right to religious belief...where is there a doctrine stating you must hate muslims?

Since when is being in the military the same as owning your own business?

You sign away your rights when you join the military. It's called "indentured servitude", and you are at the whim of your superiors.

They should have just made the cake and made it taste like cardboard.

No LGBT propaganda device, no hoopla over enforcing people to partake in something they have no interest in.

It would be interesting to know what sort of demeanor these marriagable folk had when they sought to order their bethrotal cake

You can be their slave if you wish. Next thing you'll be wanting is reparations. Oh, wait!
They don't work only for you just because you pay taxes. That is a very selfish mindset to have.

So it's O.K. to be discriminated against as long as religion isn't used for the excuse?

Nothing there about a business. Why are people so unwilling to honestly discuss something?

I'm serious. Google it.
Isn't there also the right to be able to freely practice your religion ?

As I pointed out, you are not when it conflicts with your 1st amendments rights to freedom of religion.
