No LGBT propaganda device, no hoopla over enforcing people to partake in something they have no interest in.

It would be interesting to know what sort of demeanor these marriagable folk had when they sought to order their bethrotal cake
I'm more interested in the demeanor of the bakery owners when these folks sought their betrothal cake.

But what does religion have to do with baking cakes and running a business?

Well gee, religion is the entire topic of this thread.

If they were atheists there would be no issue.

Freedom to practice your religion is part of the First Amendment.

Yes it is, but what does religion and running a business have to do with anything? Are the cakes made with holy water or something?

As a private business it should be ok to discriminate, period.

Only if that private business doesn't sell anything to the public and only operates in their house selling to their own cats.

There is, and nothing about not being allowed to hide your bigotry behind your bible violates that right. Just like the last 100 times a religious bigot tried that feeble ploy. There's nothing in Christian doctrine concerning selling cakes to gay couples one way or the other.

Businesses should not be allowed to discriminate no matter how badly right-wing bigots wish it, because seeing to it that people are not treated as second-class citizens is far more important that making right-wing bigots happy. The government is not the right's mommy; its job is not to prevent right-wingers from having to deal with anything that makes them sad or upset or scared.

Democrats also love to Discriminate. What's your point?
They lose because they put up lame candidates.
