Not without the printing press running full steam. Look at what the market did when the fed just whispered it might slow down on Q.E. sometime in the future. It tanked.
So now we're so worried about those wall street pigs that we're ok with paying them with borrowed $$$$$ to keep the Dow from going to a economically supported level?

Sounds really,really stupid to me!
