"this Shut Down (of only 83% of the Government)"
Strange. the figures I read said 83% of the government was still operating, only 17% is actually shut down.

"You DO know that it is CONGRESS that forced this shutdown, not the president, right? I mean, you people DO know this simple fact, right?"

Well, maybe. It looks to me like the blame is shared equally by the House, the Senate, and (I will not negotiate) obama.
But then, who does the National Park Service work for? The Speaker of the House? I don't think so. Harry Reid? Again, no. So, who IS in the position of giving instructions to the NPS? Oh, right, THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH OF THE GOVERNMENT! And just WHO is the person in charge of the Executive Branch? Why, that would be THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, right? And WHO is POTUS? That would be obama, right? So, if HE is the man in charge, ANYTHING that happens, or anything that HIS minions do, is HIS responsibility!
OBAMA's NPS closed the National Parks. Congress didn't.
Of course, there IS one National Park that is NOT closed! Probably because the head of the NPS does not have the intestinal fortitude to tell the current occupants and staff that they must leave, the park is closed due to the government shutdown. That park is, of course, Presidents Park, which includes the White House! (google it)
Oh, no, THAT one can't be closed!
FACTS are terrible things

I am still confused by hussein's fabricated "shutdown." the seventeen ton beluga whale that works eating bon bons at our local airports is needed? can't hussein's minions just feel up and detain 150 year olds without the help of the fat and lazy?

Why was Boehner more than willing to bring a bill to the floor for a vote to defund the ACA more than 42 times, all the while knowing he didn't have the votes to pass it, but now refuses to bring a clean CR to the floor for a vote because he claims he doesn't have the votes to pass it?

Good question. You'll get no answer.
