She wasnt arrested. And has she tried to become a manager? Has she tried to move up the ladder? Sorry, but you're working at a fast food joint. A place where often teenagers go to get their first job. How can you expect to be paid well, no matter how long you are there, unless you are moving up the ladder?
In some parts of the country, its a lifelong career for illegal aliens.
She's been there for 10 years. Which means in all probability she probably didn't have children when she started working there. And if she did, probably only one child. Why did she have one, or maybe even two, children while working at $8.25 per hour?
There are smart people in the world, and there are dumbasses. She seems to qualify for the latter.
More playing fast and loose with thread titles (and headlines). I suppose it could just as easily have read McDonald's Employee Ticketed After Going To The Bathroom.
She was ticketed for trespassing. And now we know the rest of the story.
Ten years at a minimum wage job. She has bigger issues than a ticket for heckling.
No chit, that was the point I was going to make. How much of a loser do you have to be to not advance beyond a completely unskilled, minimum effort, entry level job for 10 years? I'm thinking the problem isn't MickyDs.
I started out at McDonald's when I was 19. After two years I realized I needed to move on if I expected to get anywhere. It was a fantastic experience for a first job as they have amazing training and discipline and it was a lot of fun but definitely not a career move for most people if you have any ambition at all.
This idiot needs to ask herself why she is still there after ten years and why she is only worth $8.25 per hour. Those jobs are for kids.
Those jobs were for kids about forty years ago. Now adults string together two or three part time jobs to make a living.
