I've just spent the last 10 minutes on Healthcare.gov, browsing the platinum plans for a single person, 49 and under, in two states, Florida and Georgia. The site clearly shows the family size/income levels that could qualify for subsidies:
and it also clearly displays the percent of coverage for each of the 5 levels of coverage:
There were at least a dozen platinum plans for both states, ranging from $250-$350 per month.
The site is functioning smoothly, with no wait times or errors.
Healthcare.gov was a very sick site at start-up, but it is becoming more robust with every passing day. Any reports of its demise are greatly exaggerated....
Anyone who has actually used it realizes that you are spot on. The website is already greatly improved from a couple weeks ago. Don't expect the gaggle of righties on P&OC to ever admit that, though. The narrative from here on out is how bad it is and how it can never be fixed.

Republicans for the most part cant make an honest comment on the ACA because the majority of the base is on Tricare, Medicare, and VA. Right now they are researching the open enrollment period...the ACA is socialism according to the base and its the downfall of the US...forget about Medicare..By the way how much have we poured into Medicare..It works doesn't it. So quite complaining about the ACA.

Last I checked, Medicare was still optional. Quit comparing apples and oranges.
So we have the 1 year delay, then a year from now when everyone went to sign up...guess what happens.
this problem wasnt known until people tried to sign up...
False. It has been linked on these forums before, you need to pay attention. People who were involved were saying, back in February, that it wasn't going to work. Once again, you are being dishonest.
My son has walked away from the team repairing code for HHS website. He wants nothing to do with it.
I don't blame him.
Did he say why?
