He was not pointing a gun at anyone. The government had all kinds of time to grant him his due process rights. People argued for them. The government refused and without offering a shred of evidence, killed him.

How do you know they didn't have a shred of evidence? Were you party to the secret conferences between the administration and the CIA, Chief of Staffs, etc?

Probably didn't want their inside informants in the area to be killed immediately. Every scrap of intelligence is not suitable for release to the general public on a real time basis.

No military court would ever release this information. All the same......a person has a right to face his accuser in court. It's why those who risk their lives testifying against someone can't do it anonymously.
Granted after what happened to the Dr in Pakistan that was supposed to have helped us get OBL I wouldn't trust the CIA.
