Nancy Pelosi is so delusional that she likely believes what she says. She strikes me as so distanced from reality, so out-of-touch with the 99% have to go through, that she actually believes that Obamacare will be the single greatest achievement in the history of the world.
It's either that, or senility has caught up to her. At her age, it's safe to say there are mental issues setting in, but we'll have to pry that "dignified" paycheck of hers from her cold, dead hands before she does the right thing and just steps down.

Through the exchanges, medicaid expansion, and young adults being able to stay on their parents insurance plans Obamacare has provided health insurance to over 20 million Americans. The rate of uninsured is now the lowest it has been since 2008 and will go down dramatically when numbers get posted in a few months for early 2014 numbers.

Wrong. I have yet to see a Republican plan that gives full coverage for pre-existing conditions. Republicans want to enact plans that will allow pre-existing condition clauses if the insured has any breaks in insurance coverage. So essentially, they want insurance companies to be able to deny pre-existing conditions.
Where are the millions of protesters in the streets? Republicans keep telling people that millions have lost their jobs and millions have lost their insurance and millions are in financial ruin due to ACA. But still no mass protests in the streets. Americans aren't the type to stand idly by and stand for this kind of abuse.
